Over more than three decades, Garner Osborne Circuits has grown through continuous investment, accreditations, and innovation.
We were established in 1991 with a focus on high‑quality PCB manufacturing for UK electronics, and by 1993 we had expanded into multi‑layer production to support more complex applications.
ISO 9001 approval followed in 1995, recognising our commitment to controlled, reliable processes.
In 2001 we introduced our PCB assembly line, and by 2005 we had launched a purpose‑built assembly facility to increase capacity and efficiency.
Our capabilities continued to advance with AS 9100 approval in 2012 for aerospace‑grade manufacturing, and BSI medical approval (ISO 13485) in 2020 strengthened our position within the medical device sector.
We celebrated 30 years of PCB manufacturing in 2021, and in 2024 Dean Curran became CEO and formed the Agile Circuit Technology Group, linking Garner Osborne with Active‑PCB Solutions to create a stronger, more capable UK manufacturing partnership.
