| This department is where the PCB begins to take shape.
We have a Horizontal Direct Metalisation Line (Shadow System) to give our 3 cell Automatic Electrolytic Line a conductive base to plate on to. The Horizontal equipment is used in all areas of the Wet Shop to ensure that we get both consistent and accurate performance from our chemistry. All of our chemistry is analysed on a daily basis and we are audited monthly by our suppliers to ensure that we are operating within the correct parameters. |
