In this department, Tin Lead is applied to the boards where components need to be connected. The flatness of the finish is critical to ensure there are no problems during the assembly process.
To ensure the finish is correct we have invested in a Quiksilver S.M. which has been designed to deliver the flattest possible finish with Tin Lead.
We are also about to take delivery of an Electroless-Nickel Immersion-Gold Line, which a large percentage of our customers have expressed an interest in, due to the Lead-Free Directive set out by the E.E.C.
