Two Western Magnam Laminators. One 18” and one 24”, enabling us to manufacture larger panels if required.

Printers

Two Cirgraphic T4000 Exposure Units, both capable of printing with 2.5 or 5kw light source. Also using vacuumed printing area to ensure accuracy is achieved with every print.

Optical Punch

Cirgraphics Optical Punch. Using targets engineered onto the artwork and located via camera with 50x magnification to improve registration accuracy.

Developer

Standard F.S.L. Dry Film Developer capable of 1.2 meters a minute, with power rinse and drier on the exit.
